Because I can!

My sister, Randi, and I decided to hike Humpback Rock today. Lucky for you, we documented the occasion. Here are a few of the highlights! Enjoy! (I love being the ward historian, by the way!)

So, at the beginning of the trail, it says that getting to the top should take about 40 minutes...we stopped and took A LOT of pictures...(mostly of us being silly)...and it took us a little longer than that! But we had fun!

Gotta love Fall in VA! Can't wait for the Leaf Drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway!

Perfectly overcast (not rainy) day! It was sooooo cold up there, though!!

I fell as we were coming back down...oh well, someone had to do it!

Fun day!

  1. Hey, Kelsie fell on that hike, too! (Sorry, Kelse!) Though, in her defense, she *was* attempting to walk across a tilted sheet of solid ice. And it *was* a rather graceful, gliding fall. That's what we get for hiking in the middle of the winter, I suppose. I love the pictures, by the way, and think that you are an incredible ward historian.
